Introduction In these lessons, you will learn how to:  Find and log onto the R25 WebViewer  Identify  your event  Identify the event’s date and meeting times  Request specific and general spaces  Add course related and other information Submit the event request
Lesson 1 – Finding the R25 WebViewerMain WebViewer Page Open Internet Explorer – Address is http:/www.nmc.edu/ucevents
Lesson 1 – Logging onto the R25 WebViewer Logging On Click My Requests  Enter username and password and press Log On
Lesson 2 – Identifying the Event RequestEvent Identification Enter: School abbreviation – course code and description. Remember: ,[object Object]
Do not use & (ampersand) or “” (quotes)
Maximum : 38 charactersEnter : Event type Sponsoring organization Expected  headcount
Lesson 3 Dates and Times Ad hoc – no set pattern  Example: Sa 9:00a-4:50p on May 30, Jun 20, Su July 26 Daily – every day or every other day Example: Sa-Fr  Jun 20, 21, 22, 23, 24,25, 26  Weekly – every week or every other week Example: Every Sat. 9:00a-4:50p from Jun 20-July 25 Dual Times –One set of dates meets at one time other set of dates meet at a different time Example: Sa 9:00a-4:50p May 30, Jun 20, July 25 and       Su 8:00a-3:50p May 31, Jun 21, July 25

Lesson 5 – Course Related and  Other InformationCourse Related Enter  credit hours, degree level, program name, holiday and break dates, ITV* information, room related needs, and software required * ITV – Interactive Television
Lesson 5 – Course Related and  Other Information Other Information Any miscellaneous information is entered here. Generally used for dual time event information
Lesson 6Submitting an Event Click Next to begin the process of submitting the event Click Reset to clear the form
Review the Event When finished reviewing, click submit request
